When you arrive for your appointment, I will greet you and escort you to the massage room. In here you fill out a short health history form, and then have an opportunity to freely communicate any questions or concerns you may have before we begin. I will then leave the room. At this time you may undress to your comfort level, and lay on the massage table, pulling the top sheet over you. You may lay facing up or down, the choice is yours. I will then knock and return to the room after an “ok” from you. During the massage, all except the area I am working will be covered by the sheet. Just lay back and enjoy your massage!
